Journey does not work.” JRNY worked for 4 months. We have communicated with Customer Service and they now have stopped returning emails and there is no one to talk to in Customer Service. We had excellent assistance from Schwinn/Bowflex and Apple. The problem is definitely with JRNY even though their Customer Service representative suggests it’s our WIFI. JRNY EXPLORE THE WORLD should be taken off the market until it works consistently.

Journey does not work. And there is no one to call unless you are unemployed and can workout during regular business hours. Since Bowflex brought out Journey, there have been lots of angry reviews and they have done nothing to fix the problem. What is worse, they have zero customer support.
