I’m really sorry to hear that! If you’ve tried everything to adjust the belt tension, I suggest reaching out to DeerRun to see if they can get you a replacement. My only other tip would be to try to use some foot pressure to drag the belt back toward center with the belt moving at a slow speed. I haven’t had to realign any of our DeerRun treadmills, but that’s worked for some of the others I’ve tested.

I just received my deer run treadmill, used it once for 20 minutes and I noticed the belt out of alignment, I have tried and tried to get it back in line but no luck. This is extremely disappointing as I really like the look and dimensions it was perfect for me

I would like to look into this more. None of the DeerRun products I’ve used have included instructions for warranty registration. Was this the phone number you contacted: +1 888 589 0777?

I would like to know when I called the 1 888 number to register someone from IRAN called me? And when it says FREE registration & warranty they want my credit card.?
